Second crisis in the property market is possible in Bulgaria
According to a study of Mediapool, development of second crisis in the property market is possible in Bulgaria, which will be caused by secondary crisis in the European economy and as a result of the deteriorating fiscal situation in the country.

Based on the forecasts, property prices freeze until the end of the year. Bulgarians are still the largest share (20%) of buyers in the Bulgarian market, followed by Russians with almost the same title, directed mainly at holiday resorts.
The British are a bit smaller than the Russians - about 15%, they mostly buy rural properties.
